Returns & Exchange / Refund Policy

Milux Guarantee

“Milux Guarantee” is our return and exchange coverage program that is designed to protect all of our customers against unsatisfying or damaged products by offering Return & Exchange based on our customers’ preferences.

 

What is the Milux’s Return and Exchange Policy?

This policy will only be applicable if the item/order that you wish to return is purchased via online.milux.com.my. Purchases from Milux retail stores and other E-commerce platforms will not be eligible for this policy. We have (3) working days return and exchange policy upon your receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

  • This policy does not apply to items which have been started as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on our website online.milux.com.my.

  • If the product for which you wish to exchange is higher price than the original purchase price, then you will be required to top up the balance using cash; If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, then no balance amount will be refund to you.

 

Return & Exchange Requirement List

Returns must be done within three (3) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:

(a) You received the wrong item in your package and the general requirement for returns are as follows:

  • You have to proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt)

  •       The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.

  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.

 

(b) In what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:

  • Flash Sales & Promotion Products

  • Once Used: Home Appliances & Kitchen Appliances

 

     What if my purchase product is faulty or defective?

     If you found the product to be faulty or defective, please conduct our Customer Service at customercare@milux.com.my or call 011-1056 3564 within (3) working days of upon delivery.

 

     Refund Policy

     Customer cannot claim refund by cash. The cash refund will be replaced by store credit. RM1 = 1 Store Credit. All product in Milux Online Store are available for credit point.

 

      Warranty 

  • Online Milux Store customer need to fill in form provide in online.milux.com.my to register their warranty once purchase.

  • Milux Warranty does not cover product accessories.
