Prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are inclusive of tax. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Prices are valid until amended or removed from the website and are subject to change at any time.
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery, including any applicable delivery or handling charges.
We accept payments by UnionPay, FPX online banking, and E-Wallet such as Boost, GrabPay, TouchNGO, and etc processed by iPay88 payment gateway.
Other payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card and Installment services are under process.
All payment must be made in MYR only. No international orders are accepted.
Payments must be cleared before an order can be processed and shipped out
To the extent permitted by law, Milux will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you where a credit card or iPay88 account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. You will be liable for all debt collection costs where you fail to make payment for any order when payment is due.
Milux reserves the right to:
· Change our payment options and arrangements at any time.
· Notify customers of any errors in price and make adjustments if necessary.
· Change, discontinue any specials or promotional offers at any time.
· Change product listings, pricing, specifications, availability, shipping method and arrangements at any time without notice.
All payment refund will be returned to your account of payment within 7 - 14 business days from day of refund confirmation sent by Milux.
Refund payment will be made in the form of online transfer to Customer’s bank account. Customer is required to provide his / her bank account details and identification number for verified purpose.
· Milux reserves right to hold or cancel any order with prior notice when deemed nessessary.
· No ammendents / cancellations are allowed after the payment made. Please ensure that your delivery details and ordered item(s) are correct before making the payment.
