Delivery Policy

“Milux Sales & Service Sdn Bhd” can only send orders to street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address. We are unable to ship to any International address at this moment.

Street name and POS code must be correct and accurate.

If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.

If you not at home to receive your purchased order, Please contact the carrier service (courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.

If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

For time being, we do not do any shipment to Sabah and Sarawak. Any changes, we will update in our websites.


Shipping Charges

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

All order is dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

In West Malaysia

  • Estimated delivery time is within 3 -5 working days. 

In East Malaysia

  • Estimated delivery time is within 5 - 7 working days.
